Housing Development Garden

Set in the historic fabric of Frampton on Severn, this new housing development by Stag Homes provided an opportunity for a different and more considered approach to garden design. Detailed planting schemes anticipated the need for the gardens to be abundant and mature at the time of the viewings and sales of the new homes.

Unlike typical housing development gardens, each garden was unique with its own identity, while unifying repeated planting gave the whole scheme a cohesive feeling. Railings became supports for climbing plants and roses, giving the whole development a sense of being already established in this historic town.

The positive feedback from new residents has been overwhelming, with one resident asking Austin Design Works to also design their back garden!
